The Senior Connection

Is a social group for those over the age of 60.  Our purpose is to get to know our fellow seniors better in a Christian social setting while providing support in the struggles and joys of our lives.  They have set a tentative schedule:

April  - we will be going to the Gerald R. Ford Museum and out to eat.  Watch for date and details in the church bulletin.
May-Shipshewana shopping
June - Rockford Concert and picnic
July-Picnic Pops, Circle Theater-Hair
August -Grand River Boat Trip
September - Bonfire
October - Lunch and a movie
November 17 (Saturday) - Birch Run shopping
December - Christmas Party

This year's Diamond Dinner will be held on Friday, May 11, in the Fellowship Hall.  Punch bowl is from 5:30-6:00, dinner at 6:00 and entertainment to follow.  This dinner is for all who are 70 years old or older (and their spouse or guest) and it's free. Invitations will be going out in April, but if you do not receive an invitation you are still invited to attend (and probably means we don't have your birthday or birth year on record).  RSVP to the church office by May 1 at 616-866-9515
