This Sunday, February 5, Chad Inman, Director of Christian Education at Rockford UMC will lead us in worship at both the 8:45 AM traditional and 11:15 AM contemporary service. His sermon text is Acts 2:42-47. The Chancel Choir's anthem this Sunday is Glory to His Name. At the 11:15 AM service, the Liturgical Dance Group (girls ages 3 yrs and up) will join the Praise Team singing and dancing to Hallelujah, Your Love is Amazing. The Praise Team will continue to lead us in singing our praises to God. The Children's Choir will also sing, Love the Lord, during the Children's Time.
JAMS (Jesus and Me Sundays) for children ages 3 years through first grade is available during the worship services. Sunday School with classes for preschool through adults begins at 10:00 AM. Nursery is provided for all services.
After each service this Sunday, we will be helping Pastor Riley celebrate his 60th birthday with cake and coffee. You are encouraged to wear black for this special occasion. Your well wishes are very important, but no gifts please.

2012 Needlework Cross Calendars
